Jesse Spencer on Electric Violin
American Idol Gives Back was a star studded extravaganza. They did a much better job on this special, than last year’s production and, in between all the serious stuff, it was pretty entertaining.
I enjoyed the little skit with Teri Hatcher, James Denton and Carrie Underwood that segued into the musical number performed by Teri and The Band from TV, which included Jesse Spencer on the violin. The electric violin. The highlight of the show, as far as I am concerned.
The Australian actor, who plays Dr. Robert Chase on House M.D., has been playing the violin since the age of ten. He currently plays in The Band from TV, who backed up Ms. Hatcher during her performance of Carrie Underwood’s hit song, Before He Cheats.
