Paula’s Chihuahuas
If you’ve been watching American Idol, you’re probably disappointed in Paula this season. She seems rather sober. But Last night she was packed into a little strapless number and actually said, in her critique of Michael Johns, “”you sound as good as you look and the high notes that you hit, I think my Chihuahuas are going to come join you on stage”. disappointed? hello? did you not watch the top 8 girls and boys show? but yeah, subdued paula usually means boring Idol episode. but the media only have themselves to blame for that. she is clearly holding back to get away from the bad media attention.

Oh yeah, I watched - it was a long hour! I’m not overly impressed with the contestants this year. Even David Cook was horrible last night, and I was counting on him to provide a good performance.
I agree that Paula is holding back, but for her to act normal is like Simon giving up the sarcasm. There was a strange mix between the three of them that was entertaining. Maybe it’s all just run it’s course.
